Job Description

Inventory Management: Maintaining accurate records of spare parts, ensuring sufficient stock levels, and managing the flow of parts. Sales and Customer Service: Handling customer inquiries, assisting with parts identification, and potentially selling spare parts and accessories. Procurement and Sourcing: Identifying and sourcing new suppliers, negotiating terms, and managing the ordering process. Collaboration: Collaborating with service technicians, maintenance teams, and other departments to ensure parts are available when needed. Record Keeping: Maintaining accurate records of inventory, orders, and supplier information. Relationship Building: Developing and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers and customers. Market Analysis: Monitoring market trends and adjusting inventory strategies accordingly. Reporting: Preparing reports on inventory levels, usage, and forecasts.
