Spare Parts Executive

The Spare Parts Executive is responsible for managing spare parts operations including ordering, receiving, storing, issuing, and inventory control. The role ensures parts availability for workshop, body shop, and counter sales while maintaining accurate stock records and following OEM (TATA Motors) guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:1. Inventory Management

• Maintain optimum stock levels to meet workshop and counter requirements.
• Conduct periodic stock verification and reconciliation.
• Monitor non-moving, fast-moving, and obsolete parts.
• Ensure correct binning, labeling, and storage of parts.

2. Procurement & Ordering

• Prepare daily/weekly parts indent as per consumption trends.
• Place orders through DMS (Dealer Management System) following OEM guidelines.
• Track pending orders and coordinate with suppliers or OEM for timely delivery.

3. Parts Issuing & Billing

• Issue parts to workshop jobs and maintain proper record entries in DMS.
• Ensure accurate billing for parts sold across counter and workshop.
• Verify parts consumption against job cards to avoid discrepancies.

4. Customer & Workshop Support

• Attend walk-in customers and service advisors for parts-related requirements.
• Identify and suggest alternative/replacement parts when necessary.
• Support workshop teams with timely parts availability to reduce vehicle TAT (Turnaround Time).

5. Documentation & Reporting

• Maintain purchase records, GRNs (Goods Receipt Notes), and issue registers.
• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports on stock status, sales, and aging.
• Assist in preparing audit reports and responding to audit observations.

6. Compliance & Safety

• Follow OEM and dealership policies on parts handling and inventory control.
• Ensure compliance with safety, housekeeping, and environmental norms.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the parts warehouse.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
