Job Description

Key responsibilities

Inventory and stock management: Maintain optimal inventory levels, order new stock, and ensure parts are properly tagged and accounted for.
Team leadership: Hire, train, and manage the parts department staff, setting goals and monitoring performance.
Customer and supplier relations: Provide excellent customer service, handle complaints, and manage relationships with suppliers and vendors.
Sales and marketing: Develop and implement sales promotions, and work to increase revenue through direct sales.
Operations and administration: Process orders, quotations, and invoices, and maintain accurate records and reports.
Compliance and safety: Enforce safety regulations and ensure compliance with all applicable laws and procedures.
Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, such as the service department, to ensure parts are available for repairs and maintenance.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
