Job Description

As a Parts Executive, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing the availability of parts to ensure customer satisfaction and contribute to the overall efficiency of the business. This role includes tasks such as inventory management, order processing, customer service, and collaboration with other departments. Your responsibilities will involve having a strong understanding of inventory management principles, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to solve problems efficiently and work well under pressure, knowledge of the relevant industry and its regulations, proficiency in using computer systems and software for inventory management, and experience in a related field like parts sales, inventory control, or logistics. In terms of order processing, you will be tasked with receiving and processing customer orders, tracking and confirming parts orders, and ensuring timely and accurate delivery of parts to customers. This is a full-time, permanent position that offers benefits including health insurance, provident fund, performance bonus, and quarterly bonus. The work location for this role is in person.,
