Roles and Responsibilities

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen area to ensure high standards.
  • Assist senior chefs in food production, preparation, and presentation.
  • Collaborate with other team members to achieve efficient service during peak hours.
  • Ensure compliance with hotel's quality control measures for food safety.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 1-2 years of experience in South Indian cuisine.
  • 3-5 years of experience in South Indian cuisine.
  • Preferably below the age of 30 years.
  • Basic understanding of hotel management principles and practices.
  • Ability to work well under pressure during peak hours and special events.
