Roles and Responsibilities Conduct physical verification of beverage inventory to ensure accuracy and completeness. Perform reconciliation of variances in beverage inventory to identify discrepancies and resolve issues. Manage banquets events, including setup, service, and cleanup. This involves coordinating with kitchen staff, servers, and other departments to ensure seamless execution. Ensure accurate counting of plates served during banquets events to maintain high standards of quality control. Conduct surprise physical inventories to detect any anomalies or discrepancies in stock levels.
