Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a South Indian Chef located in Rewari. The South Indian Chef will be responsible for preparing, cooking, and presenting authentic South Indian cuisine. Daily tasks include planning menus, managing kitchen operations, ensuring food quality and consistency, and adhering to health and safety regulations. The chef will also oversee inventory management, train junior kitchen staff, and collaborate with the hospitality team to deliver excellent dining experiences.

Qualifications

Proficiency in preparing and cooking traditional South Indian dishes
Experience in menu planning and kitchen management
Knowledge of health and safety regulations in a kitchen environment
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Ability to train and mentor junior kitchen staff
Professional culinary training or relevant experience in a high-end restaurant or hotel
