Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a South Indian Chef located in Mumbai. The South Indian Chef will be responsible for preparing and cooking a wide range of South Indian dishes, ensuring the quality and consistency of meals, managing kitchen operations, and maintaining a clean and organized kitchen. Additional duties include menu planning, sourcing ingredients, managing inventory, and collaborating with the kitchen staff to provide an exceptional dining experience for guests.
