Sourcing Specialist

We're in search of a talented and driven Sourcing Specialist to join our team. Proficiency in utilizing LinkedIn for sourcing is essential. This role demands adeptness in sourcing both passive and active candidates, focusing on the UK, US, or EU markets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Utilize LinkedIn and other professional networks to identify and engage with potential candidates.

- Create shortlists of candidates for open positions based on job specifications.

- Add and maintain candidate profiles in our CRMs.

- Source and add points of contact from various software platforms such as LinkedIn, LinkedIn Recruiter Lite, ZoomInfo, etc., to build a comprehensive database for business development purposes.

- Perform ad-hoc data entry tasks to support overall business operations.

- Ensure data accuracy and integrity by routinely cleansing and categorizing candidate profiles according to organizational standards.

- Utilize basic Boolean searching techniques to optimize candidate sourcing efforts.

- Understand and prioritize the importance of data quality and integrity in all sourcing activities.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Proven experience with LinkedIn sourcing, both passive and active.

-1 to 3 years of experience in Sourcing Candidates/ Technical Recruitment.

- Experience in professional services recruitment or sourcing, with a preference for IT sourcing.

- Familiarity with sourcing within the UK, US, or EU markets.

- Proficiency in adding and cleansing profiles on CRMS

- Basic knowledge of Boolean searching techniques.

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
