Key Responsibilities Recruit and shortlist candidates for Indian Researcher and Back-Office roles Map candidates in the United Kingdom and United States and maintain the CRM system Cleanse CRM data and ensure accuracy Achieve weekly/monthly KPI targets Requirements 2+ years of recruitment, sourcing, or talent acquisition experience Strong research, candidate mapping, and CRM skills Excellent written and spoken English Target-driven, detail-oriented, and organised Why Join Us?
