Sourcing Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

End-to-End Recruitment
: Handle recruitment processes, including posting job advertisements, screening resumes, and conducting interviews.
Job Portals Usage
: Efficiently utilize platforms like Naukri, LinkedIn, and other relevant job portals to source and engage with potential candidates.
Candidate Screening
: Review resumes, shortlist candidates based on job requirements, and coordinate interview schedules.

Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum 2 year of experience in Human Resources or Recruitment.
Proficiency in using job portals like
Naukri
,
LinkedIn
, and other job-search platforms for sourcing candidates.
Experience with resume screening, candidate interviews, and managing recruitment databases.
Strong understanding of HR processes and compliance.
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
Organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Attention to detail and confidentiality.
