Job Description Sourcing Specialist (On-Demand Services-Kolkata) ============================================== Summary ----------- We are seeking experienced Sourcing Specialist to manage our On-Demand Services (Chefs, Maids, and Drivers). This role is ideal for candidates with a background in operations, service management, or manpower handling. As a Category Executive, you will be responsible for sourcing and onboarding service partners, ensuring service quality, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. Responsibilities ------------------- Source and onboard high-quality Service Partners (SPs) Conduct training sessions to maintain and improve service quality Coordinate with customers to confirm service delivery and satisfaction Manage customer escalations with prompt resolution Conduct field visits to monitor and improve SP performance Requirements Requirements: ---------------- Experience: 6 months – 1 year in operations, service management, or manpower handling Communication and People Management Skills: Strong ability to interact with customers and service partners Willingness to Travel: Ability to conduct field visits to monitor and improve SP performance Customer Service Skills: Ability to handle customer interactions with professionalism and resolve issues promptly Best Suited Profiles ----------------------- Operations Executives / Operations Associates Customer Service Executives (with field exposure) Field Supervisors / Field Coordinators Vendor/Partner Onboarding Executives Manpower/Blue-Collar Recruiters Target Organizations (Preferred Background) --------------------------------------------- Candidates with prior experience in: UrbanClap (Urban Company), Vijay Home Services, Housejoy, QuikrEasy, Bro4u Justdial Services, Sulekha Home Services, Helper4U, Joboy, Handy Services India Facility Management Companies (JLL, CBRE, SIS, BVG, Quess, TeamLease, etc.) Local housekeeping, chef, maid, or driver service providers Package and Benefits ------------------------- Salary Range: ₹2.5 LPA – ₹3 LPA (Max) Opportunity to grow in a fast-scaling service platform Incentives and career progression for high performers
