Sourcing Manager - Residential Sales

You will be joining our residential real estate division as a Sourcing Manager. Your role will involve qualifying leads, supporting the sales team, and ensuring a positive customer experience throughout the sales process. - Source leads from various channels such as Channel Partners, digital platforms, walk-ins, referrals, etc. and conduct initial qualification. - Engage with potential clients to understand their requirements, provide project details, and address initial queries. - Schedule and coordinate site visits for qualified leads, ensuring a professional and informative customer experience. - Collaborate with the marketing team to align lead generation efforts with sales objectives. - Update and maintain CRM systems to monitor lead status, follow-ups, and feedback. - Analyze lead quality and performance data to identify trends and recommend enhancements. - Provide training and assistance to sales executives to improve lead nurturing and closing techniques. - Assist in creating sales pitches, presentations, and responses to client inquiries. - Stay informed about current market trends, competitor offerings, and industry best practices. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field. An MBA is advantageous. - Minimum of 2-7 years of experience in pre-sales, lead management, or customer engagement, preferably in the residential real estate sector. - Strong knowledge of the residential real estate market, buyer behavior, and sales processes. - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. - Proficiency in CRM tools. - Capability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.
