Engaging with potential clients to grasp their requirements, providing project details, and addressing initial inquiries will be crucial to your role. Coordinating and organizing site visits for qualified leads to ensure a professional and informative customer experience is also part of your responsibilities. Collaborating with the marketing team to align lead generation efforts with sales objectives and maintaining CRM systems to monitor lead status, follow-ups, and feedback will be essential tasks. Analyzing lead quality and performance data to identify trends and propose enhancements is another key responsibility. Providing training and assistance to sales executives to improve lead nurturing and closing strategies will help enhance team performance.
