Architect

Job description We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Architect to design and oversee the construction of functional, sustainable, and aesthetically pleasing structures. You will be responsible for developing concepts, creating blueprints, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with all building codes and regulations. Key Responsibilities: Develop architectural designs from concept through construction documentation. Prepare detailed drawings, plans, and specifications using CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp). Collaborate with clients to understand their needs, budgets, and project goals. Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and consultants throughout the project lifecycle. Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure adherence to design specifications and safety standards. Stay up to date with architectural trends, technologies, building materials, and local regulations. Lead or support multiple projects and ensure they are delivered on time and within budget. Requirements: Bachelors or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution. Proven experience (2+ years) in architectural design and project management. Proficient in architectural design software: AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite. Strong knowledge of building codes, zoning laws, and sustainable design principles. Excellent communication, visualization, and presentation skills. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Preferred Qualifications: LEED Certification or equivalent sustainable design experience. Experience in [residential/commercial/industrial/urban design architecture.
