Sourcing Manager - Residential Sales (Western/Central & South Mumbai)

As a Sourcing Manager in our residential real estate division, you will be responsible for sourcing leads from various channels such as Channel Partners, digital platforms, walk-ins, referrals, etc., and conducting initial qualifications. Engaging with potential clients to grasp their requirements, providing project details, and addressing initial inquiries will be crucial to your role. Coordinating and organizing site visits for qualified leads to ensure a professional and informative customer experience is also part of your responsibilities. Collaborating with the marketing team to align lead generation efforts with sales objectives and maintaining CRM systems to monitor lead status, follow-ups, and feedback will be essential tasks. Analyzing lead quality and performance data to identify trends and propose enhancements is another key responsibility. Providing training and assistance to sales executives to improve lead nurturing and closing strategies will help enhance team performance. Your role will also involve assisting in creating sales presentations, pitches, and responses to client queries. Staying informed about current market trends, competitor offerings, and industry practices will be necessary to contribute effectively to the team. To qualify for this position, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field. An MBA would be considered a plus. Having at least 2-3 years of experience in pre-sales, lead management, or customer engagement, particularly in the residential real estate sector, is preferred. A strong understanding of the residential real estate market, buyer behavior, and sales cycle is essential. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, proficiency in CRM tools, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment are also required for this role.,
