Urgent requirement for India's reputed Real Estate company in Navi Mumbai Work Location: Sanpada Navi Mumbai Position: Sales Manager (Real Estate) - Sourcing/ Closing Managers Budget: Up to 10 LPA basis last drawn (Open for Negotiation) Shift: 10:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. Work Days: 6 days working (Weekoff: Monday/Tuesday) Education: Minimum HSC Experience: Minimum 2 to 4 years experience required in real estate (Sourcing or Closing) *_Job Description_* •Achieving sales operational objectives by means and methods as approved by the management •Engage with walk-in customers to understand their property needs. •Building a pipeline of customers, tapping into existing database and building newer channels of potential clients •Executing all sales plans to achieve given targets in terms of revenue and market development. •Conceptualizing, planning & implementing sales promotions activities. • Maintain an organized database/CRM with prospect and customer information.
