Sourcing Manager Real Estate

Negotiating purchase terms with property sellers and developers, along with fostering long-term relationships with external partners, will be crucial aspects of your responsibilities. Collaborating effectively with internal teams to ensure alignment on sourcing goals and project timelines, as well as maintaining accurate records of sourcing activities, property valuations, and deal statuses will be essential in your day-to-day tasks. To be successful in this position, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field, along with 2-3 years of experience in real estate sourcing, acquisition, or property investment within residential, commercial, or mixed-use sectors. Strong negotiation skills, the ability to build and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, and excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills are also required.
