Job Description

The job holder is primarily responsible for the execution of procurement sourcing activities
for the division(s) Pharmaceuticals/Consumer Health/Crop Science (within the region /globally). This includes managing all required (specify relevant Direct materials and services/Indirect services) in alignment with the agreed global category strategies and sourcing approaches. Key responsibilities include identifying and evaluating supply sources, performing sourcing events, negotiating contracts, and ensuring cost-efficient, high-quality, and timely procurement while supporting business needs. The job holder plays a central role in driving procurement effectiveness by implementing innovative sourcing strategies and sustainable solutions that contribute to the company s business growth objectives. Collaboration with stakeholders and suppliers is also a critical aspect, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and fostering strong relationships that enhance sourcing performance.
