1. Pre-Possession Preparation

• Conduct thorough checks of Flats prior to possession to ensure readiness as per defined standards.
• Coordinate with project and housekeeping teams to rectify any identified snags.

2. Possession Coordination

• Schedule and confirm possession appointments with homeowners.
• Coordinate final flat readiness with relevant departments for smooth handover.
• Ensure all documentation, including handover checklists, is complete and verified before possession.

3. Customer Interaction & Support

• Welcome homeowners during the handover process with a professional and warm approach.
• Conduct detailed walkthroughs, explaining key features, amenities, and basic maintenance procedures.
• Address minor on-site concerns and escalate unresolved issues to the concerned team.

4. Documentation & Records Management

• Collect and verify required documents (e.g., ID proofs, possession letters, NOCs).
• Maintain up-to-date handover logs and update CRM systems accurately.

5. Coordination & Communication

• Liaise with relevant teams to ensure timely snag rectification prior to possession.
• Serve as a point of contact for internal communication during the handover process.

6. Post-Handover Support

• Provide homeowners with orientation on community guidelines, app access, and utility services.
• Collect feedback post-handover to ensure customer satisfaction and improve the handover experience.
