Sourcing Manager - Kitchen Appliances

We are looking for an experienced and strategic Sourcing Manager with 10+ years of experience in electrical and mechanical components sourcing within the Home or Kitchen Appliances industry. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in supplier development, cost negotiations, and sourcing strategies, ensuring a reliable supply base while meeting cost, quality, and delivery targets.

Job Description:

1. Sourcing & Procurement Identify and evaluate potential suppliers for mechanical and electrical products required. Negotiation with supplier. Develop and maintain relationships with key suppliers for a stable and cost-effective supply chain. Monitor market trends and industry developments to control procurement decisions.
2. Supply Chain Management Coordination with Logistics, manufacturing and quality control to optimize overall supply chain. Implement inventory management strategies to maintain adequate stock and reduce excess inventory. Addressing supply chain disruptions / delays, maintaining up to date records of procurement activities, contracts and import / export documentation, preparation of reports / documentation for audit and management reviews
3. Cost Management Develop and implementation of cost saving strategies without compromising product and service quality. Analyze pricing trends, conduct cost benefit analysis and identify opportunities for cost reduction..
4. Import Compliance Ensure compliance for import of products. Stay updated on changes in import / export policies to minimize risks and ensure compliance.
5. Effective Communication with internal stakeholders. Management information for import status, issues and potential risks.

Requirements:

1. BE Electrical or Mechanical
2. 8-10 years of experience across mechanical & electrical products
3. Deep understanding of consumer products & associated suppliers
