Description We are seeking a motivated Sourcing Manager-B2B Sales to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing sourcing strategies, managing supplier relationships, and ensuring the procurement of high-quality goods and services to meet our B2B sales requirements. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to advance their careers in sourcing and procurement. Responsibilities Develop and implement sourcing strategies for B2B sales. Identify and evaluate potential suppliers and vendors. Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers. Monitor market trends to identify new sourcing opportunities. Collaborate with internal teams to understand sourcing needs and specifications. Manage supplier relationships to ensure quality and timely delivery of products/services. Prepare and present sourcing reports and performance metrics to management. Skills and Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field. Strong negotiation and communication skills. Analytical skills to assess supplier performance and market trends. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
