The ideal candidate will excel in sourcing processes, data-driven recruitment strategies, and have a proven track record of building high-performing teams while ensuring stakeholder satisfaction.

What Is Your Role

  • Innovative Sourcing Strategies & Market Intelligence:

    Develop and implement best-in-class sourcing strategies using social networking, referrals, internet searches, and other innovative methods. Conduct market mapping to provide key business stakeholders with insights on talent availability, emerging skills, and market trends. Proactively engage and pipeline external candidates to meet both immediate and future hiring needs.
  • Strategic Thinking:

    Ensure sourcing delivery is measured against key performance indicators and service level agreements (SLAs). Promote compliance and process excellence, embedding best practices across sourcing functions. Develop long-term sourcing strategies aligned with business goals, anticipating future talent needs and market shifts. Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement by regularly reviewing and refining sourcing processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Efficient and Effective Processes:

    Create efficient and effective processes for seamless delivery with robust investment in candidate pipeline and workforce planning. Foster a proactive approach to talent acquisition, identifying the right candidates and tracking skills for the future. Collaborate with global recruitment and marketing teams to enhance candidate attraction and strengthen employer branding.
  • Advisory Role:

    Advise onshore teams on various sourcing processes and applications. Take the lead on all sourcing matters and projects in the region, acting as an extended strategic partner for the regions. Provide insights and recommendations to senior leadership on sourcing trends, challenges, and opportunities, contributing to the overall talent strategy.
  • Global Accountability:

    Reinforce the global nature of the role by taking accountability for each regional team delivering against KPIs and meeting stakeholder expectations. Work closely with the heads of recruitment in each region to deliver on individual recruitment plans and address the nuances of a global recruiting model.

What Will You Contribute:

  • Partnership Skills:

    Demonstrate strong partnership skills and the ability to influence critical decisions. Experience in complex environments, managing stakeholder expectations, and supervising teams is essential. Building rapport and managing expectations at all levels is crucial.
  • Global Sourcing Model:

    Extensive experience in sourcing delivery, with leadership experience being essential. Proven expertise in talent sourcing and recruitment, utilizing platforms like LinkedIn, job boards, and CRM systems, is essential. Experience in a COE HR model is advantageous. Leading and managing teams, with a focus on developing sourcing professionals, is key. Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced, global environment is necessary.
  • Technical Know-How:

    Distinctive technical expertise, collaborative outlook, and business acumen are vital. Experience in data and analytics is a plus. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are essential. Understanding candidate relationship management and engagement to build effective talent pools is important. Proficiency in ATS systems, CRM platforms, and recruitment analytics tools is required.
  • CRM Adaptation:

    Proven track record in working with and adapting a CRM within a sourcing team.

  • Client Delight and Client Centricity: Strive to achieve client delight scores exceeding 90%.
  • Service Delivery Excellence: Ensure efficient and agreed turnaround times and conversion ratios, while maintaining consistent delivery.
  • Technology Optimization: Enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of recruitment processes through the optimization of Beamery and Workday platforms.
  • Highly Engaged and Motivated Staff: Aim for high Voice of Workforce scores, targeting 90+.
