This role involves qualifying leads, scheduling site visits, and acting as the first point of contact for potential customers. You’ll play a key role in building a high-quality pipeline for the on-ground sales team. Key Responsibilities Conduct daily outbound calls to prospects generated via campaigns, property portals, and referrals. Qualify leads based on customer requirements, including budget, location, and property preferences. Schedule site visits for Relationship Associates and ensure coordination with the client. Provide clear and accurate information regarding the company’s services, available properties, and packages. Maintain complete lead details, interaction history, and follow-up notes in CRM/lead tracking tools. Share daily/weekly performance reports including call summaries, lead status, and visit schedules. Follow up with clients post-visit and update their feedback for the sales team. Work closely with the sales and operations team to ensure a smooth client experience.
