You will learn the art and science of finding the right talent through various channels and building a strong pipeline for our future hiring needs.RESPONSIBILITIES:- Collaborate with the recruitment team to understand the requirements for different job roles.- Utilize various channels like job portals, social media, and professional networks to find potential candidates.- Screen resumes and profiles to identify candidates who meet the specified criteria.- Conduct initial introductory calls to assess candidate suitability and interest.- Maintain and update the candidate database with accurate and detailed information.- Assist in scheduling interviews and coordinating with candidates.- Generate reports on sourcing activities and results.NATURE OF ENGAGEMENT:Please note that this is a freelance or contract-based position.
