Sourcing Executive

Role Overview: As a Sourcing Executive at our company in Gurugram, your primary responsibility will be to handle material procurement and vendor coordination for our premium product line. Your expertise in material sourcing, especially in leather, upholstery, hardware, and finishes, will be crucial to the success of our operations. Key Responsibilities: - Source high-quality materials from both domestic and international suppliers. - Maintain strong relationships with vendors, tanneries, and artisans. - Stay updated on market trends and sustainable sourcing practices. - Coordinate closely with design and production teams for effective material planning. - Evaluate and onboard new suppliers to ensure they meet our brand quality standards. Qualifications Required: - Previous experience in material sourcing, preferably with a focus on leather or luxury materials. - Strong negotiation and communication skills to engage effectively with suppliers. - Knowledge of vendor management practices and quality control procedures. - Attention to detail and a keen sense of design aesthetics will be beneficial in this role. Additional Details: You will be working full-time on a permanent basis, with a salary of up to 33,000 per month. The work location is in person for 6 days a week at our Gurugram office.,
