Responsible for Global and domestic sourcing.

Vendor

Cost

Major responsible for finding the domestic suppliers for cost saving.

Creating purchase orders in D365.

Taking care of all invoices till GRN process completion.

Responsible for making rate entry in system database.

Follow-up with vendors till delivery timely delivery.

Coordinate with vendors on all prices of products and recommend ways to negotiate costs of components and finished products.

Identify suppliers for different products as per requirements and specifications.

Responsible for Collecting VOC of the customer.

Responsible for releasing Purchase order on time to the suppliers.

Generating Clear PO and sending to supplier on time.

Ensuring payment to suppliers on time as per agreed terms.

Build relationships with vendors and key suppliers.

Co-ordinate with old vendors, finding new suppliers for New Product Launch.

Shipment Tracking the material status from supplier / vendor place to end customer/ warehouse and factory.

Maintain operational performance according to set KPIs and budgetary requirements.

Opening Letter of credit as per Supplier terms

Ensuring payment to the suppliers on time as per agreed terms

Submitting payment documents to finance team for on time payment to vendors.

Follow up with domestic logistics for local transport (Airport / Seaport to factory)
