Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sourcing Executive responsible for sourcing both vendors/suppliers and job candidates as per company requirements. The role involves identifying suitable vendors and manpower, coordinating with internal teams, handling documentation, and ensuring timely closures in line with project and hiring needs.

Key Responsibilities

Vendor Sourcing

• Identify and source vendors, suppliers, and subcontractors as per project requirements
• Collect quotations and prepare comparative statements
• Negotiate pricing, timelines, and commercial terms
• Coordinate with procurement, projects, and accounts teams
• Assist in vendor onboarding, documentation, and MoUs
• Maintain and update vendor database
• Follow up with vendors for material availability and delivery timelines

Candidate / Manpower Sourcing

• Source candidates through job portals, referrals, databases, and networking
• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates as per job requirements
• Conduct initial telephonic screening
• Coordinate interview scheduling with HR and hiring managers
• Maintain candidate trackers and follow-up status
• Support timely closure of open positions

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Graduation / Diploma in any discipline (HR / Civil preferred)
• Experience in sourcing (vendors or manpower or both)
• Strong communication, coordination, and negotiation skills
• Knowledge of job portals and local vendor markets
• Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets
• Ability to handle multiple requirements simultaneously

Preferred Skills

• Experience in construction / interiors / project-based organizations
• Understanding of BOQs, procurement documentation, and basic HR processes
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
