Sourcing Executive

As a proactive recruiter in the maritime industry, your primary responsibility will be to identify, attract, and source qualified seafarer candidates through various channels. You will thoroughly review resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidates based on their qualifications, experience, and certifications. It will be your duty to ensure that selected candidates comply with all relevant maritime regulations and company-specific requirements. Additionally, you will manage the onboarding process for new hires and maintain a comprehensive database of potential seafarers. - Proactively identify, attract, and source qualified seafarer candidates through job boards, social media, recruitment agencies, and industry networking. - Review resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidates based on qualifications, experience, and certifications. - Ensure selected candidates comply with maritime regulations, international standards, and company-specific certification requirements. - Manage the onboarding process for new hires including document verification, medical certificates, background checks, and employment contracts. - Develop and maintain a comprehensive database of qualified seafarers to meet current and future crewing needs. - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Maritime Studies, or a related field. - Proven experience in maritime recruitment and crew management. - Strong understanding of maritime regulations and certification requirements. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment. - Proficiency in database management and recruitment software is a plus.,
