Job Description

Role & Responsibilities:

Handle end-to-end virtual sales of land and plot projects.
Engage with high-profile clients such as CEOs, SVPs, Doctors, Managing Directors, and Business Owners.
Present project offerings effectively during virtual meetings, highlighting investment value and potential returns.
Follow up with prospects, address queries and objections, and guide them through the decision-making process.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales progress using CRM tools.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth sales closure and post-sale support.

Requirements:

Proven experience in virtual real estate sales or high-value property transactions.
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to build trust and rapport with senior-level clients and investors.
Self-starter with a results-oriented mindset and strong follow-up skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
Familiarity with land/plot sales is a plus.
