Role & responsibilities Assist with the design of a sourcing strategy to uncover both passive and active candidates through existing and new sources in order to maintain an effective pool of candidates. Utilize electronic process in recruiting and placement to maximize efficiency and time saving. Research and identify potential candidates using different recruiting methods: direct prospecting, Internet searches through Monster and Naukri, third-party suppliers or agencies, job fairs, Universities, and relational building. Strong ability to source, present, schedule candidate interviews, prep candidates, followup required to complete the hiring process. Build and maintain network of potential candidates through pro-active market research; demonstrating ability to anticipate hiring manager preferences through high interview to offer ratios. Successfully manage, prioritize and close searches against a timeline and have experience setting benchmarks, metrics, and understand how to prioritize to hit all Staffing SLAs. Partner with client's TA team to build candidate generation plans, which include industry/competitive research and sourcing tactics to attract passive and active candidates for better hit ratio. Staying on top of the market; industry trends, extensive research, strategy implementation and managing research enquiries / requests. Prepare weekly and monthly reports on recruitment status, analysis, dashboards; manage & deliver them in a timely and consistent basis Preferred candidate profile Ability to multitask, prioritize and complete a high volume of tasks and projects Excellent judgment, discretion and sensitivity when dealing with Leaders, and confidential information Ability to make informed and timely decisions; understand when to take ownership of a decision and when to involve other parties Reacts with appropriate levels of urgency and tenacity to situations that require quick response or turnaround Impeccable attention to detail and problem solving skills Key performance indicators Ensuring compliance to all Staffing processes and guidelines 100% accuracy with zero errors on all data management and reporting of all staffing metrics Ensuring all documentation activities are completed with the highest degree of quality and within the stated SLA’s Clients and HR colleagues surveyed for service satisfaction
