Sound Engineer

Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Demonstrate and present audio-visual products (e.g., speakers, mixers, microphones, processors, conferencing systems) at client sites, exhibitions, and trade shows. Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to prepare and deliver engaging demos tailored to client needs. Set up, test, and troubleshoot AV equipment for live demonstrations and events. Provide technical explanations of product features, capabilities, and system integration. Train clients and partners on the effective use of AV products. Collaborate with the R&D and product management teams to stay updated on product updates and innovations. Document and report client feedback for product development and improvement. Occasionally assist in system design or consultation, depending on technical expertise. Requirements: Diploma or degree in Audio Engineering, Electronics, or a related field. Minimum 2–3 years of experience in AV systems or sound engineering roles. Proficient in handling and demonstrating AV products and audio systems. Strong presentation and communication skills. Willingness to travel frequently for client visits and exhibitions. Ability to work independently and under pressure in live environments. Knowledge of control systems (Crestron, Extron) or DSP programming is a plus.
