We are searching for an innovative, reliable sound engineer to join our team and work on a range of projects. You will work in the studio or manipulate sound at live events. Responsibilities include setting up and maintaining audio equipment. Office Address: 3rd Floor, 2&3, St Mark's Rd, Shanthala Nagar, Ashok Nagar, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560001. Job Timing: 9:30am to 6:30pm(2nd & 4th Saturday Off) Responsibilities: Collaborate closely with clients and internal teams to understand audio requirements and deliver tailored sound solutions. Set up and operate audio equipment, including speakers, microphones, amplifiers, mixers, and other relevant gear. Sometimes, travelling to our retail stores in bangalore is needed. Where, you'll get the reimbursement of travelling expenses. Perform sound checks before the demonstrations of the speakers to ensure optimal audio quality and troubleshoot any technical issues. Coordinate with other technical staff, including lighting and visual teams, to ensure seamless integration of audio and visual elements. Conduct regular maintenance and testing of audio equipment to ensure functionality and reliability. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in audio technology and techniques. Provide guidance and support to the team technicians as needed. Ensure adherence to safety protocols and best practices in audio engineering. Desired Skills and Experience: Proficiency in operating and troubleshooting audio equipment, including microphones, mixers, amplifiers, and speakers. Strong knowledge of sound acoustics, signal flow, and audio processing techniques. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Strong problem-solving skills to address technical challenges effectively. Flexibility to work irregular hours, including evenings and weekends, depending on event schedules. Attention to detail and a passion for delivering exceptional audio experiences. Previous experience in the professional speaker sales industry is a plus. Proven experience of 1-3 years as an Audio/Sound Engineer in live events, performances or similar settings. Bachelor's degree in Audio Engineering, Music Production or a related field is preferred.
