As a Solutions Architect for the Zoho Suite of applications, you will play a critical role in helping our clients maximize the value of our software solutions through expert guidance, innovative problem-solving, and strategic implementation. Leveraging your deep understanding of Zoho's product offerings and your technical expertise, you will collaborate closely with clients to design and deliver tailored solutions that address their unique business challenges and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Partner with clients to understand their business requirements, objectives, and pain points, translating them into comprehensive solution designs and technical architectures leveraging the Zoho Suite of applications.

Conduct in-depth consultations and discovery sessions with clients to assess their existing systems, processes, and workflows, identifying opportunities for optimization, automation, and integration.

Design end-to-end solutions that encompass multiple Zoho products, customizations, and third-party integrations to meet the specific needs of each client, ensuring scalability, flexibility, and alignment with best practices.

Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and deliverables in collaboration with project managers, ensuring successful execution and implementation of solution designs within budget and timeline constraints.

Provide technical guidance, training, and support to clients and internal stakeholders throughout the implementation process, serving as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and support, to drive product enhancements, feature requests, and customer success initiatives based on client feedback and requirements.

Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices related to cloud computing, business software, and digital transformation, continuously enhancing your knowledge and skills to drive innovation and value for our clients.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field. Master's degree or relevant certifications (e.g., AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud) is a plus.

5+ years of experience as a Solutions Architect, Technical Consultant, or similar role, with a proven track record of designing and delivering complex software solutions for enterprise clients.

Deep expertise in the Zoho Suite of applications, including Zoho CRM, Zoho Books, Zoho Desk, Zoho Analytics, and others, with hands-on experience in customization, configuration, and integration.
