Solutions Architect

As a Solution Architect, your role involves developing and maintaining architecture standards, guidelines, and best practices. You will design and implement end-to-end solutions for requirements from product owners and business stakeholders. This includes developing and designing requirements for web apps, mobile apps, microservices, and their associated ecosystem in consultation with involved internal departments and subsidiaries. It is essential to utilize best practices for app design, user interface, and overall architecture. Ensuring that all designs are created according to internal development best practices and based on user journeys, wireframes & architectural patterns is crucial. Key Responsibilities: - Design and implement end-to-end solutions for web apps, mobile apps, microservices, and their associated ecosystem - Utilize best practices for app design, user interface, and overall architecture - Ensure all designs are created according to internal development best practices and based on user journeys, wireframes & architectural patterns - Collaborate with the Information security team to ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of banks data assets - Contribute to building Reliable, Resilient & Secure Platforms Qualifications Required: - 5+ years of experience designing applications (web & mobile), microservices & APIs - 5+ years of experience working with cloud-native technologies such as containers, service mesh, Kubernetes/OpenShift, and virtualization - 3+ years of work experience in Cyber/Information Security - Strong all-round knowledge of software engineering, architecture & cyber security - Deep understanding of architectural patterns like microservices, APIs & app development (mobile and application) - Good experience of enterprise architecture tools (Enterprise Architect), data modeling tools - Experience working with cloud platforms such as OpenShift, Azure, AWS & OCI Additionally, the role requires high energy, enthusiasm, and passion. You should possess excellent analytical & critical thinking skills, stakeholder, time management & expectation management skills. Autonomous decision-making ability with minimal guidance is essential. You should have a high learning potential and the ability to coach & mentor associate/junior architects. Delivering complete & self-sufficient solutions and/or design documents within agreed timelines is a key responsibility. Furthermore, you will be expected to improve efficiency of the architecture design workflow or via automation, deliver education workshops to Chapter & Tribe members, conduct Peer Review Sessions, and invest time in improving personal and professional skills for self via completion of technical & soft skill programs, stretch assignments & coaching/mentoring, and upskill self to ensure eventual mastery of Security Architecture.,
