The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of architecture design, scalable systems, and enterprise-level application development using Microsoft technologies. You will be responsible for designing technical solutions, providing architectural direction, and guiding development teams toward successful project delivery. Key Responsibilities: · Design and develop scalable, secure, and high-performance application architectures using .NET technologies. · Define and own the solution architecture for enterprise-grade applications. · Lead technical discussions and provide hands-on guidance to development teams. · Evaluate and recommend tools, technologies, and processes to ensure the highest quality product platform. · Collaborate with stakeholders including product managers, developers, testers, and DevOps. · Oversee code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards. · Drive innovation by exploring new technologies and frameworks. · Mentor junior team members and provide technical leadership. Required Skills & Qualifications: · 10+ years of experience in software development with a strong focus on Microsoft technologies. · Proven experience in solution architecture and design. · Strong proficiency in .NET Framework, .NET Core, C#, ASP.NET MVC/Web API . · Experience with Microservices Architecture and RESTful services. · Working knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure or AWS) – deployment, scaling, cloud-native services. · Solid understanding of design patterns, system integration, and distributed systems. · Experience with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines. · Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. · Excellent communication and leadership skills.
