Job Description

As a Solutions, P&C Insurance professional with 15-19 years of experience, your role will involve creating solutions across the value chain from a digital operations perspective. You will lead RFX responses, proactively develop solutions, and drive go-to-market initiatives. Your deep domain expertise, strong stakeholder engagement skills, and ability to drive innovation will be crucial in benchmarking performance and building a high-impact practice aligned with industry standards. Key Responsibilities: - Actively participate in all RFX processes as a service line expert, contributing throughout the entire P&C solution development journey - Possess substantial hands-on experience in a senior-level solutions role - Serve as a core solution architect, designing solutions for RFPs/RFIs, proactive solutions, and Points of View (POVs) across the insurance value chain - Conceptualize and develop service or product offerings to enhance solutions - Conduct research and engage with clients using insurance-related tools to promote P&C offerings, trends, and opportunities effectively - Represent operations as an operations solution architect, overseeing transition, transformation, and validation of commercial models - Support Go-to-Market initiatives within the insurance domain by identifying business development opportunities - Deliver persuasive solution presentations to external and internal stakeholders - Build the practice by incorporating industry best practices and fostering knowledge building - Benchmark organizational capabilities against competitors Qualifications Required: - 15 to 18 years of experience in the insurance domain - 8+ years of proven experience in Property & Casualty solutions managing complex RFXs and multi-disciplinary projects - Consultative approach and experience in working with P&C Carriers/insurers, Brokers, and Agents - Awareness of the evolving P&C digital landscape and emerging technological innovations - Recognized domain expert with exposure to leading end-to-end RFP/RFI response processes for P&C insurance clients - Strong interpersonal skills to engage with internal teams, clients, and executive leadership - Capability to analyze industry changes, refine offerings, and maintain a competitive edge - Ability to operate effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced, and continuously evolving team environment Please note that if interested, you can share your CV to revanth.krishna@cognizant.com with the email subject as "Solution - P&C".,
