Job Description

As a Solution Engineer at Microsoft, your role involves developing a deep understanding of customer environments and proactively identifying their next steps. You will be driving technical wins or contributing to key aspects of them, with guidance from experienced peers. Your responsibilities also include engaging with internal and external resources to address technical blockers across your assigned technology areas. In addition, you will collaborate in partner sell-with scenarios by supporting technical engagements and working alongside colleagues to navigate the sales process. It is crucial for you to observe and build awareness of partner technical capabilities, while also reviewing customer interactions to surface competitive insights that inform account strategies. Furthermore, you will contribute to product development by gathering and sharing customer feedback to shape future innovations.
