Being part of the Grid Automation team, you have full responsibility for successful execution of control system design, planning, and engineering deliverables of HMI / SCADA for HV&MV substation control systems. You will developtechnical solutions, comment on customer specifications and engineering standards, check and ensure compliance. Teamwork with Project Management, other domain experts in the team, and suppliers in the field of secondary control systems, is your key to success. The projects you are working on are located all around the world.

Your new role – challenging and future- oriented

Defining Substation Automation (SCADA) concepts for offers and projects for High Voltage Substations, covering network topology, substation controllers, HMI, virtualization concept, etc.

Design the strategy to develop the designphilosophy, typical, replicas, database creation and data lake analysis.

Interacting and interfacing with Control and Protection and Cybersecurity Engineering to assemble complete Substation Solution.

Securing Quality Assurance scope of work for network design, configuration and parameterization of substation controller, HMI, etc.

Create a lean process for design, configuration, parameterization and testing with approval process.

Lead development regionalization plan to acquire needs from different regions and markets and stablish a continuous improvement program in the respective domain.

Conduct Trainings and technical presentations with customers, consultants, regulators, etc.

Taking responsibility for quality, time, and costs of own results.

We don’t need superheroes, just super minds

Completed degree in electrical engineering, automation or similar

12-15+ years of professional experience in engineering of HMI / SCADA systems for control systems and energy transmission & distribution

Deep knowledge in HMI software applications and Substation Automation configuration tools like WinCC, Zenon, ZEE600, SICAM PAS, SICAM A8000 or similar. Knowledge of different vendors solutions is advantage

Knowledge of process data handling and integration of subsystems in automation systems and of SCADA Communication Gateway configuration and connection to Remote Control Centers

Good knowledge in communication protocols used in automation systems like IEC101, IEC104, IEC61850, NIST, NERC, IEC62443

Very good understanding of Energy business and the way it operates.
