Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Icertis Platform Management:
Administrate and maintain the Icertis CLM platform, ensuring optimal performance and functionality. Configure system settings and workflows according to business needs. Build and maintain contract templates, rules and clause libraries. Contract Lifecycle Management Support: Design, implementation, further development and global rollout as well as IT Operations of the Contract Lifecycle Management System (CLM Work closely with the legal, business departments, and IT teams to ensure seamless integration and operations. User Onboarding, Training and Support: Provide training and technical support to users of the Icertis platform, addressing any issues and enhancing user experience. Onboard users in the CLM system as per their access requirements. Develop user manuals, guides, and training materials.
Legacy Migration:
Support the migration of legacy contracts to the CLM system. Master Data Management and Reporting: Maintain data integrity within the system, ensuring accuracy and completeness. Generate regular reports and insights on contract statuses, compliance metrics, and risk assessments. Good-to-Have Skills: Understanding of clause libraries, document types, and legal review of workflows. Icertis certification or equivalent CLM certifications. Excellent spoken and written English skills.

Your Qualifications

Education:

Bachelor s degree in information technology or related field (Required). Experience: Experience as functional consultant for Icertis contract management system for more than 3 years. Several years of experience in design, implementation, rollout and operation of IT systems as well as in project management

Technical Skills:

Proficiency with Icertis SaaS platform, including configuration, management, and troubleshooting. Understanding system integration methods and data management.

Soft Skills:

Analytical skills and a structured/methodical approach, strong conceptual skills. Excellent communication skills for collaboration with diverse teams and training users. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. High level of initiative, independence, teamwork, and conflict resolution skills
