Key Responsibilities (Delivery Management: 60% & Solutions: 40%)

  • You will be the primary point of contact serving as a bridge between the client and technology team.
  • You will lead end-to-end project delivery, including planning, execution & monitoring (budget, progress report with major stakeholders)
  • Understand and capture business requirements, define scope, and translate functional needs into technical deliverables.
  • Perform functional analysis and business process mapping.
  • Manage detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Risk identification and mitigation strategies.
  • Guide junior consultants and project team members.
  • Maintain strong client relationships and support presales activities.

 

Qualifications

  • Education:

    Bachelor’s in engineering / information system, or a related field.

  • Experience:

    10+ years of project management and solution delivery experience.

  • Project Management:

    Should have managed a large, cross-functional team and be familiar with Agile methodologies.

  • Domain:

    Experience with Logistics and DMS (Document Management System) is a

    strong plus

    .

  • Other Skills:

    Experience with

    enterprise applications - SAP, ECM/EDMS would be awesome.

  • Important:

    Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).

  • Tools:

    MS Project, JIRA, Trello, MS Office, Confluence.

 

Preferred

  • Project management certifications (PMP, Prince2, Agile).
  • Prior experience working onsite with customers from Middle East region.
  • Exposure to AI/ML based applications will be a huge plus.
