Key Responsibilities (Delivery Management: 60% & Solutions: 40%) You will be the primary point of contact serving as a bridge between the client and technology team. You will lead end-to-end project delivery, including planning, execution & monitoring (budget, progress report with major stakeholders) Understand and capture business requirements, define scope, and translate functional needs into technical deliverables. Perform functional analysis and business process mapping. Manage detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation. Risk identification and mitigation strategies. Guide junior consultants and project team members. Maintain strong client relationships and support presales activities. Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s in engineering / information system, or a related field. Experience: 10+ years of project management and solution delivery experience. Project Management: Should have managed a large, cross-functional team and be familiar with Agile methodologies. Domain: Experience with Logistics and DMS (Document Management System) is a strong plus . Other Skills: Experience with enterprise applications - SAP, ECM/EDMS would be awesome. Important: Excellent communication skills (verbal and written). Tools: MS Project, JIRA, Trello, MS Office, Confluence. Preferred Project management certifications (PMP, Prince2, Agile). Prior experience working onsite with customers from Middle East region. Exposure to AI/ML based applications will be a huge plus.

Key Responsibilities You will lead the technical design for a large client, focused on logistics and transportation domain. You will own and drive technology architecture and ensure a scalable solution that meets / exceeds client’s expectations. Evaluate & recommend technology stacks and frameworks. Translate business needs into actionable technical architectures. Own end-to-end system design, including cloud/on-prem/hybrid deployments. Identify technical risks and propose mitigation strategies. Work closely with business analysts and development team and mentor developers. Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s in computer science engineering or a related field. Experience: 10+ years building enterprise systems, with at least 3 years in a technical architect role. Architecture Expertise: Demonstrated experience designing and delivering large-scale enterprise applications: Technology : Proficiency in .NET and cloud platforms such as Azure, expertise with Docker / Kubernetes, experience building microservices, RESTful APIs, and databases (RDBMS and NoSQL). A Big Plus: Experience with SAP, ECM/EDMS & familiarity with AI/ML is a strong one. Methodologies: Working knowledge of TOGAF, Zachman, or similar enterprise architecture frameworks. Security & Compliance: Good knowledge of ISO 27001, GDPR, etc. Leadership: Ability to lead project team, mentor junior engineers, and influence client technology decisions. Important: Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) Preferred: Certifications: Azure Solutions Architect, AWS Architect or relevant certifications. Experience delivering projects for logistics and transport sectors. Hands-on exposure to AI/ML platforms and geospatial/GIS solutions.
