Job Description

Service Lines and Growth Platforms/Clients/Partner ecosystems - Liaise with the Opportunity Owner, Client and sales pursuit team to gather solution requirements, client expectations and contribute towards defining value proposition. Build innovative and orchestrated solutions. Work closely and advice opportunity owners/clients in leading the development of the overall solution. Lead key decisions – solution architecture, top down / grounds up solution decisions, solution integration and debottlenecking solution workflows. Lead the team through personal eminence in building optimized, winnable and deliverable solutions – industry/domain/technology. Lead and complete solution handover to Delivery and Participate in Phase Gate Reviews and document progress feedback. Build and lead core solution team for the pursuit - engage early for visibility of deal – single point of contact for solutioning complex/large opportunities. Ability to guide the Opportunity Owner on competitive and Market analysis and build a customized differentiated Innovative solution Required education Bachelor's Degree Preferred education Bachelor's Degree Required technical and professional expertise High performing IBM Certified Senior Solution Consultant for Medium deals (= 10 M USD deal TCV) Expert in negotiating and building winning solutions using assets and offerings Lead complex solution designs / architecture Proven track record of building deep technical relationships with senior executives and helping to build, sell and deliver innovative integrated and technical solutions Create a clear view on how solution components interweave into customers industry and transformation objectives Technical leadership - design and delivery of enterprise scale solutions that deliver high levels of performance, security, scalability, maintainability and reliability Preferred technical and professional experience Hiring manager and Recruiter should collaborate to create the relevant verbiage.
