Solution Architect

Job Summary

• 15+ years of experience in IT across SDLC phases like design, development, consulting, solutioning • 4+ years of experience in E2E solution design for telecom domain and 2+ years in defining the architecture blueprints/steers • Own architecture solutions and e2e designs for complex projects/programs • Should have led the solutioning for at least one Wholesale project/program for tier1 Telco CSP • Well rounded understanding of BSS domain areas like CRM, Order management, Billing and OSS domain areas like Service Activation, Service Assurance, Inventory Management and others • Prior experience of delivering solutions for Fibre Broadband/multi site Ethernet products • Responsible for analysing business requirements and preparing impact assessments for defining the e2e solution • Ability to guide a team of junior solution designers to ensure that they deliver their solutions in line with customer expectations • Excellent communication skills, ability to engage with senior business and IT stakeholders including project/program managers, architecture leads • Understanding of industry standards including Open API, ODA and others • Hands on experience with design tools like EA • Prior experience of working in agile and hybrid delivery models • TOGAF and technology COTS certification e.g. Hansen, BMC Helix will be a plus.
