Role Overview

Senior Developer


Key Responsibilities

  • Architect, design, and implement scalable features using

    MERN stack

    .
  • Lead development across

    frontend (Next.js)

    and

    backend (NestJS)

    systems.
  • Optimize system performance and ensure high availability in multi-region deployments.
  • Work on

    DevOps pipelines

    : containerization, orchestration, and deployment on

    Azure/AWS/GCP

    .
  • Research, fine-tune, and integrate

    LLMs and Gen AI models

    for advanced use cases.
  • Collaborate with product managers, designers, and founders to deliver features on time.
  • Mentor junior developers and drive coding best practices.


Must-Have Skills

  • Strong expertise in

    MERN Stack

    (MongoDB, Express, React, Node.js).
  • Proficiency in

    Next.js

    (frontend) and

    NestJS

    (backend).
  • Solid understanding of

    DevOps

    practices:
  • Cloud platforms:

    Azure / AWS / GCP

  • Kubernetes

    and

    Docker

    for microservices deployment
  • Experience working with

    Gen AI models & LLMs

    (integration, research, fine-tuning).
  • Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.

    • Good-to-Have Skills

    • Knowledge of

      RAG pipelines

      , embeddings, or vector databases.
    • Experience with

      scalable SaaS architectures

      .
    • Prior exposure to

      multi-region data compliance

      (UAE, EU, etc.).
    • Ability to contribute to

      AI-driven product roadmaps
