Role Description Solution Architect Job Summary We are seeking a Solution Architect to design and oversee the implementation of scalable, high-quality solutions that align with business objectives. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business needs and technical execution, ensuring architecture best practices, security, and performance optimization. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions. Define and document architectural frameworks, design patterns, and technology roadmaps. Evaluate and recommend appropriate technologies, tools, and platforms. Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with enterprise architecture principles. Work closely with development, DevOps, and IT teams to guide implementation and resolve technical challenges. Conduct architectural reviews, risk assessments, and proof-of-concepts (PoCs). Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineering teams. Ensure compliance with industry standards, security regulations, and best practices. Required Skills & Experience Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Experience: 8+ years in software development, with at least 3+ years in a Solution Architect role. Strong expertise in designing cloud-native solutions (AWS, Azure, or GCP). Hands-on experience with microservices architecture, APIs, DevOps, and CI/CD pipelines. Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, Golang, or C#. Familiarity with databases (SQL & NoSQL), containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and enterprise security best practices. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Experience in Agile methodologies and project lifecycle management. Preferred Qualifications Cloud certifications (AWS Solution Architect, Azure Solutions Architect, etc.). Experience with enterprise integration patterns, middleware, and API gateways. Knowledge of AI/ML, blockchain, or IoT solutions is a plus.
