• Ability to work independently and collaborate with globally distributed teams under tight timelines

Role & Responsibilities:

Core Responsibilities:

• Independently manage

  end-to-end RFP/RFI/RFQ lifecycle

• Anchor and host calls,

  orchestrate RFP planning and execution

• Lead bid activities and create compelling solutions
• Prepare

  solution presentations

  (PowerPoint proficiency is a must) including solution decks, proactive pitches, capability decks, and case studies
• Conduct

  secondary research

  on industry trends, competition, and client landscapes
• Drive account planning and strategic inputs for proposals
• Manage and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders

Role Demands:

• Strong organizational and prioritization skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication for drafting RFP responses
• Ability to

  visualize and articulate solutions

  with strategic messaging and win themes
• Expertise in creating professional, impactful presentations

• Mandatory BPS/BPO experience
