Solution Architect

Purpose/Objective

The Technology Lead is a pivotal role responsible for overseeing all technical aspects of Adani Realty and NMDPL having a strong hand-on experience in Cloud Engineering, Database Management and Application management Reporting to Head – Technology, the position provides sound technical leadership in all aspects of the business, ensuring that the technology initiatives align with the company's overall goals and objectives

Key Responsibilities of Role

- Lead customizations and developments of technology landscape spanning across COTS and In house developed Applications across the functions like Design management, Construction management, Tenant Management, etc. - Architect, design, implement, and support integrated solutions using Geospatial, Architectural, Financial and ERP systems. - Support project management activities, resource monitoring, technical risk identification & mitigations. - Lead architecture of transforming large enterprise scale applications from legacy implementation to modern architecture and tech stacks. - Implements complex integrated solutions for an entire enterprise. Interfaces extensively with the management team on systems architectural, and technical issues. - Design and architect transformational journeys for clients building overarching microservice, PaaS, and/or serverless architectures with a focus on DevSecOps integration. - Identify, manage, and mitigate technology-related risks. - Evaluate and implement new systems and infrastructure as needed. - Provides technical oversight for technical estimates, Portfolio Work Breakdown Structures, statements of work and industry standard estimating techniques. Skills Required - Proven experience as a Solution Architect / Technology Lead, or similar leadership role in a technology-focused company. - Extensive experience with technological trends and a broad understanding of how technology can be used to achieve business objectives. - In-depth knowledge of Databases, systems architecture, design, and development. - Exceptional team management skills, with the ability to lead and motivate. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to convey complex technical concepts in a clear and concise manner. - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. - Strategic thinker, with a passion for innovation and staying ahead of industry trends. - Able to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities simultaneously with highest level of integrity and dependability.

Qualifications and Experience

10+ years of relevant experience, with minimum 6 years of experience in area of Solution Design, Development & Modernization, and implementation and enterprise level application hosting design and cloud native applications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field Experience in GIS/ ERP businesses preferred as solution architect
