Solution Architect

As a Solution Architect, you will play a key role in collaborating with various stakeholders to define optimal system design. Your responsibilities will include ensuring that the solution design meets both functional and non-functional requirements. You will define roadmaps with different milestones and deliverables to achieve the end vision. In addition, you will participate in PI planning as a solution lead, resolving dependencies between components and effectively communicating solution intent to teams. It will be your responsibility to ensure that the solution delivered aligns with Enterprise policies, principles, and design patterns, taking it through appropriate approval and validation processes. Working closely with the Engineering Lead and development team, you will oversee that solutions are built iteratively according to the target state. You will also contribute as a Solution Lead in defining ARTs, prioritizing capabilities to build, and promoting modern engineering practices and continuous delivery with built-in quality. Furthermore, you will mentor the team in architecture and technology areas, driving the creation of reusable assets and accelerators.
