As a Solicitor at Oikonomakis Law, you will be a part of a well-established law firm serving a demanding and high-profile clientele in the United Kingdom. Your role will involve providing legal advice and representation across various legal matters, preparing and reviewing legal documents and contracts, representing clients in negotiations, mediations, and court proceedings, as well as collaborating with colleagues to deliver effective legal solutions. Additionally, you will be responsible for staying updated with legal developments and ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations. Key Responsibilities: - Provide legal advice and representation across a range of legal matters - Prepare and review legal documents and contracts - Represent clients in negotiations, mediations, and court proceedings - Collaborate with colleagues to deliver effective legal solutions - Stay updated with legal developments and ensure compliance with local laws and regulations - Take over as COLP (Compliance Officer for Legal Practice), COFA (Compliance Officer for Finance and Administration), Manager, and Head of Legal Practice for our branch office in London Qualifications Required: - Qualified UK solicitor - Minimum 5 years" experience in law firms or corporate legal departments - Fluent in English (written and spoken) - Strong communication, analytical, and drafting skills - Proactive, client-focused, and a team player If you are passionate about providing comprehensive legal services and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.,
